Project IAS is engineered as a calm, distraction-free study environment. To maintain platform integrity:
You may not use bots, spiders, crawlers, or automated scripts to scrape subject notes, PYQ archives, or current affairs feeds.
Attempting prompt injection, circumvention of rate limits, or flooding AI mentorship servers with non-exam queries is strictly banned.
You may not re-package, sell, rent, or mirror Project IAS study modules or notes for commercial coaching gain without written authorization.
All original subject summaries, curated current affairs analyses, structured syllabus breakdowns, UI components, and database compilations on Project IAS are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant registered aspirants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, bookmark, and print individual article notes solely for personal UPSC Civil Services examination preparation.

Subscription tiers are clearly stated before purchase. All payments are processed via secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g. Razorpay).
You can cancel recurring plans at any time via your account settings. Access continues through the end of the active billing period.
The Platform, including all notes, quizzes, and AI mentorship features, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Project IAS does not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of minor typographical inaccuracies in legacy PYQ keys.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Project IAS and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, preparation time, or opportunity arising out of your access to or inability to access the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
